 Marylane Bianchi
Partner
Marylane leads the Human Resource Outsourcing Division and is responsible for all business development activities. She brings more than 18 years of human resource sales experience to Providium Human Resource Group.
Prior to joining Providium in August 2006, Marylane was employed by HR Works Inc. from 1999 to 2006 as Vice President of Business Development, where she directed the sales for Upstate New York. Marylane also served as Sales Manager for Kelly Services and Manpower Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from SUNY Brockport.
Marylane is active in the community and is a current board member of Wilson Commencement Park. She is a past board member of the Rochester Small Business Council, where she was chairwoman of the Business Person of the Year Nominating Committee and the Boot Camp Educational Business programs. She is a past board member of the Women’s Council, where she served on the Athena Steering Committee.
Outside of work, Marylane volunteers for various community organizations and enjoys outdoor sports and gardening.
